Long before he was building and renovating beautiful homes in Central Florida, Jonathan ‘Jack’ McGrath was already creating, inspiring, and solving problems. As a child growing up in Boston, MA Jack discovered his passion for building at an early age.

“I loved creating something from nothing,” explains Jack. “I liked solving problems and finding new ways to transform and create things.”
These transformations included, among other things, building go-carts, mini-bikes, boats and even cars. In the summer of 2010, Jack’s imagination and innovation literally took flight when he realized his dream of building a seaplane! Jack’s long standing gift for building and transforming tangible objects is something that his remodeling clients and customers appreciate and benefit from….and even RAVE about.

CASE IN POINT: Homeowners had been living in their 1970 Colonial-style home for some time and wanted a much larger, modern kitchen with plenty of natural light and higher ceilings. However, the concept of raising the roof was an expensive proposition. Innovatively, Jack achieved the new ceiling heights by lowering the floor! The kitchen extension featured a glass wall window which brought in plenty of natural light and a lush tropical view. The project stayed well within budget, but most importantly, the client ws extremely pleased with the results.
